Mark WagnerKelly Dumont (I think) tweeted this earlier this week... like Hall Davidson's old workshops on the topic, the article suggests that teachers have a lot more freedom to use copyrighted material than they may think. Professional development is one solution.

Harry HallerPart of me can't help thinking that teachers wouldn't need formal training in fair use if it weren't for the rampant greed of copyright holders in the first place.
