In spite of great tempataions to the contrary, I am not going to "annotate" this document. While I really am a fan of this "booking" and annotation site (evident in the fact that I have some 1,300+ public and more Private bookmarks her and that I believe this is in many ways a superuor way of collaborating on documents (and most especially so when "annotating" during a "review" phase), I am holding back because you are both generally reluctant to istall software and even if you do, this week is not the time to start up another learning curve.

This shows that an effective 'review' structure can be created quite easily, simply by annotating descriptive headings. The value of this may well be sufficient to justify having these pages appear in the DiiGo cache (especially if a separate mechanism - perhaps TrailFire - is used to access additional P:(rivate) areas.
