Julie WestThis is a free site that offers downloads of audio books for both adults and children. Books are offered in several different languages. Most of the books for children are not the type of books you would see in the schools. I knew some of the titles such as the Wizard of Oz. Possible that there may be some good books for ELLs to make them feel comfortable in my class. Not sure if I would use this site for my English speaking students.

Claudia WargaI have used this site myself quite a few times. Students can listen to books on their computers, iPods, or other mobile devices. Students can listen to books while in the car or even while they are doing other homework.
