Kate OlsonThis CNN article details how the state of Missouri is drafting a bill banning teachers from having text or social networking (MySpace, Facebook) "relationships" with their students. A very interesting read that brings up some new and interesting issues, possibly setting back teachers who have recently made progress in getting social networking in schools looked at more favorably by parents and administrators.
