If I could tell you one secret to muscle building it would be this, muscle development equal power!

Creating a good body is all about intensity. Muscle development is easily gained if you put in proper intensity. By easy of course I mean through tortures pain.

The weird if you feel of it. Body building is the only place pain is truly welcomed and we actually seek it. We endure some much pain and so much effort for muscle growth.

In actuality the end result is always worth it. We finish up with a much more robust body and we finish up with a much better looking body. So in fact it's worth it
