Hi I have the exact same problem as Ianlinux at post 2, I have followed the instructions to a tee and when I right click on the install tab and run as administrator the command box flashes up then disappears, I am at the end of my tether with this and don't have a clue what to do next. Please enable all relevant ActiveX on browser temporary and check if you get a ActiveX message pop-up in the next visit of Surveillance Station. The add-on will add 6 buttons to the right of the Address Bar, these are obviously pan the camera Left, Right, Up, Down, Snapshot, and the very last button in the shape of a camera will fire up the video stream in the Sidebar. The add-on is fully setup to work with the FOSCAM IP PTZ camera, all you'll need to do is change the IP address in the option menu. If it isn't a FOSCAM, you'll need to enter your cameras URL commands in the options menu. Your cameras URL commands will be listed all over the web, so it'll just take a little searching.
