The sound quality is great and I loved this app but those unexpected blasts from some bug made me switch. Im using Marvis now for my lossless files and I think the sound is even better. Beware of sudden deafening blasts of white noise.

Apples own aggravating music app is no match for this. Try turning off hybrid decoding. It would be nice to support headphone firmware updates, but it doesn't seem to allow that either. Equalizer and crossfade functions are disabled when playing audio via DoP, and frequency response is not displayed.

MrChefDave I am using Cap Tunes because it is supposed to be great. It has issues such as smart pause does not operate with pxc550 as expected. The app stops music and has to be restarted through my player or the headphones. Need to try eliminating Bluetooth as the reason.
