The connection works fine and I am able to navigate and use web sites - but only up lumia about 1 minute. Digest and signature verification succeeded. So handshake is successful but no data is transmitted or received. I took the phone back to the phone from which I bought it. They performed a soft reset hold volume plus start button down and get 3 vibrations then let go. After this procedure the phone successfully connected to a Windows 8 laptop and a tablet in the phone and was able to mainatain the connection text several minutes 609 I was there. But without turning off puone phone or making pgone setting changes, I was still unable to connect my home devices. I tried a soft reset at home, but nothing changed and I still can't connect.
