An LA detective is murdered because she has microfilm with the recipe to make cocaine cookies. A "Lethal Weapon" style cop team tries to find and stop the fiends before they can dope the nation by distributing their wares via the "Wilderness Girls" cookie drive. In this parody of buddy-cop comedies, General Curtis Mortars and Mr. Jigsaw are lacing Wilderness Girls cookies with cocaine. It's up to Sergeants Jack Colt and Wes Luger, as well as Billy York informant Becker, to put a stop to this. This movie is the most funnyest movie I've ever seen in my whole life!!! The only minus in this movie is Tim Curry!! Nothing else!! There is not one second where you don't laugh!!!! It would be imposible!!!! I love this movie!! And all the other movies "The national Lampoons" Have mated!! But this one is just the best!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if there are some mistakes in this note! I'm Danish! And I'm not that good at English yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loaded Weapon is a highly effective spoof that takes the mick out of the 80s and early 90s cop movies that we all enjoy so much! Estevez and Jackson make a surprisingly effective double act and play it all for laughs as you'd expect. The plot is a mish-mash of other films, Lethal Weapon the obvious target, but references to Silence of the Lambs are also quite funny. The soundtrack is also spoofed, a take off of the wildly over the top rock that is so adored by action movies! Will Shatner makes a few cameos as the badguy, whilst Tim Curry is great as his henchman! Numerous stars also guest for a fleeting second to add some nice moments. On the whole, this is a pretty funny film, best seen with a few pals and a crate of beer..... The 1 is just a joke, as in "Naked Gun 33 1/3". It's not really the 33rd film, it's just a sequel joke.
