Sharing a special bond with George, the extraordinary albino silver-back gorilla, the retired U.S. Army soldier and now a San Diego Wildlife Preserve primatologist, Davis Okoye, will see everything in his life turn upside down when his intelligent companion is accidentally exposed to Dr Kate Caldwell's gene-mutating pathogen. As George along with two other unsuspecting animals grow into ravenous monsters of gargantuan proportions, a frenzied race against the clock commences, as Davis and Dr Kate struggle to find a possible antidote. Primatologist Davis (Dwayne Johnson) shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent silverback gorilla who has been in his care since he was young. When a greed-fueled corporation's genetic experiment goes awry, George and other animals across the country are mutated into aggressive supercreatures who destroy everything in their path. In this adrenaline-filled ride, Davis tries to find an antidote, not only to halt a global catastrophe but also to save the fearsome creature who was once his friend. Don't expect it to be put up for an Oscar, don't expect great acting or great storyline because its been done loads of times before. Its just a action / monster movie which in all honesty bounces along at a fair old pace, is quite funny in places and has pretty good monster fights / destruction sequences. A ten it ain't but neither is it a 1 like some people have voted it, god only knows what they were expecting - it is what it is, a fairly decent monster mayhem destruction movie. Accidentally, a smart ape and other two predator species grow faster than ever that we can imaging. Not their fault. Naturally they bite all others who come closer. Yes... It's always a war zone and out of control, gun fight with those creatures are useless... This movie remind us that build a relationship with an animal with your love... trust me they knows your love. What does Rampage have? No satisfying action beats, no memorable images, and so little to say that it’s virtually impossible to say anything about it in return.
