Fueled by remorse and vengeance, a high schooler named Terry McGinnis revives the role of Batman. Under supervision of an elderly Bruce Wayne, he fights crime in a harsh futuristic Gotham.

Plain and simple, if you like the Batman from the 90's and 80's, please avoid this futuristic mockery. I beg you to leave it alone if you are a batman fan period, but, definantly if you like the cartoons and movies of the 90s and 80s.
Overall, the new series is very true to the original series. The anime look is a pretty good choice for the tone. But it makes the new bat suit look retarded.
Inque appears similar to Clayface with the ability to alter and shift her form. It is later revealed that Inque's daughter has the surname of 'Clay'.
The terrorist spy 'Falseface' also seems to have similarities to Clayface, with the ability to mold his face like putty, much like Matt Hagen could before transforming into the monster he is more known for.
Spellbinder is a villain with characteristics similar to both the Scarecrow and The Mad Hatter.
