Ryder leads a team of rescue pups (Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma and Skye) who save their town from everyday emergencies, whether it's finding missing elephants, fixing windmills or another minor mishap involving clumsy Cap'n Turbot.
What do we have here? Adventure bay, the home of PAW Patrol. Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma and Skye and Ryder, the leader of the PAW Patrol. As in the theme says "Whenever there's a problem, 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day" Adventure Bay is a small coast. They rescue citizens of Adventure Bay whether they go by Air Patroller (plane), PAW Patroller (a camper) or it is just lookout.
You will also hear some quotes of the other pups like "Green Means Go", "I'm fired up", "This pup's gotta fly" etc etc.
I like this series because it's simply funny and catchy for preschoolers and older!
Paw Patrol shows children the importance of being involved in the city you reside in. The pups are mirrors of real life superheros like firemen, police officers, or sea rescue. Also, the interactions the dogs have with the people like the mayor is great! Yes kids should know the three the big three....(reading, writing, math)....but they should have an idea of how to get along with people they meet day to day through basic communication. Wrapped in great bright colors which children like and good voice acting this show looks pretty good to me! Sometimes as reviewers and adults, its hard to review shows meant for children many years younger than us. Before saying negative things about this show, look to your inner kid, or better yet look at YOUR kid when he watches this show....As long as its educational and your child is entertained, what more can you ask for!! Great to know shows like this are still out there.
