If IMDB would let you give negitave ratings I would give this a -100,000,000,000 it's so corny dumb and overall just plain out stupid and bad worst movie ever so babyish I don't even know who this movie was made for 2 day old? Because anyone older than that SHOULD agree that this movie sucks Ass
Being a huge fan of Jackie Chan, I just had to see it. Now I have, and I wasn't impressed. This is a mediocre family movie at best.
Sure it had the trademark amazing fight choreography of Chan movies and the wits, but that was about it. It seemed like a copy of the crappy Vin Diesel movie "The Pacifier", just a notch better than "The Pacifier". But the movie just came off as sassy.
Yes, it was a family movie is every sense of the word, and as such I found it to be a disappointing movie in Jackie Chan's otherwise impressive movie list. The movie is good, solid entertainment for families with younger children, but for the ordinary Jackie Chan fan this movie is a lukewarm experience.
Perhaps it is a good attempt to branch out to a new audience, and good luck on that, but this movie will not be a repeat performance for hardcore Chan fans.
If you have children and need to spend an evening with the family, this movie is a good choice. If you want an evening of action and fighting, this movie fails to deliver on the usual Chan level.
I give it 5 stars just because it is a Jackie Chan movie after all.
The little action here will disappoint fans; it’s way too choppy.
