Silhouette 16 digit license code

The emailed download code is non-refundable. I was happy with no cloud and just backing up myself regularly … sigh. Thanks so much for the advice.

Silhouette never seem to respond either. This option runs for a minute then stops with an error icon. And to make matters worse when I first started the change it failed about mid way thru and I had to start all over, which duplicated a bunch of files.
