In this prequel to the movies, Kung Lao has triumphed in the Mortal Kombat tournament, defeating Shang Tsung and saving Earth Realm. Now, he must train a new generation of warriors for the next tournament. Meanwhile, an exiled Shang Tsung attempts to thwart Lao's efforts with the aid of supernatural warriors such as Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Very cool series!! I wish if there is a new episodes, with Paolo Montalban's real fighting action, none or less stunt double like the previous episodes. I recommend for it because the story was not over yet. What happened to Raiden and the rest of the fighters after defeated by Shao Khan??? I'm not satisfied with the end because the story might have to be clear till we found the related point between Kung Lao's era in this series and Liu Kang's era in Mortal Kombat movies. Although somehow the story had been told in several Mortal Kombat games, but I think it would be nice if the story is also in the film too. Anyway, this is one of my favorite series, and I liked to watch it again...! Hey everyone around my age 13-20 all love the hit tv series of Mortal Kombat I hope they don't cancel it because I love the characters in it and it's one of the only martial arts show thats on tv, with special effects.
