This is the greatest attraction at Universal Studios Florida and when it (was at) Universal Studios Hollywood (the version at Universal Studios Hollywood is closed however). Anyway, it is totally worth it to wait in line for this 3-D show. The actual attraction 'movie' is only twelve minutes in length but the 3-D is so good it is worth it. It pulls you into the Terminator 2 world where The Terminator, John and Sarah go to Skynet to blow up the T-1000000 (which is like a massive metal spider). All the acting is very well done (including the staged acting) and the 3-D effects are amazing. After the show, you go to a Terminator store and can buy tons of Terminator related stuff (the store has died down a little over the years but it is still fun. This is the greatest event at Universal and is definitely recommended.
I give T2 3-D: Battle Across Time a 10/10.
A pre-show opening to T-2 3-D. The Pre-show starts with a supposed Cyberdyne actual employee talking about Skynet and their new units the Terminators and we get to see some models that we never saw in any of the actual films then we get some footage from the Cyberdyne Showdown that happened in T2 (1991) and some other people talking like Earl Boen (Dr. Silberman). Then the transmission is been hacked by Sarah & John Connor played by Linda Hamilton and Edward Furlong who are trying to warn the audience to leave because Judgment Day is coming later that same moment the T-1000 arrives but at that moment someone dressed as the T-800 arrives in order to save them and take John at the future in the screen we see that this T-800 is the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger. T2-3D the Pre-Show but also the mini movie is very well done written but also it's action packed and it's 12 minutes long i believe? You can find it on Youtube.
