When a revolutionary, but experimental, vaccine is stolen from a top-secret laboratory and a volunteer who was administered a dose dies, Keel and Steed agree to be human guinea pigs for the next test. Someone is determined to destroy this vaccine's development, as a test subject serving as guinea pig dies of the disease.
