Progress over perfection I’m learning to celebrate the little wins and little signs of growth too. Even if I did something 15% or 70% better this time around or listened to my intuition a little bit better than previously, it’s still a win. Patterns are hard to break and take practice, so be easy with yourself and stop to acknowledge your growth. Practice doesn’t make perfect, but it makes for progress love yourself through it.
