In order to serve its clients better the firm had to completely reinvent its culture, its mindset and the way it worked with customers. When she joined Accenture eight years ago, "Less than 10% of what we did was cloud and digital. Now it's over 60%," said Sweet. During her visit to The Industrialist's Dilemma class on February 14, 2019, Sweet discussed with Lecturer Robert Siegel the massive changes required in transforming the company's culture to succeed in digital excellence.
