The University of Bath's Hospitality department isn't just about student catering; we have 10 outlets on campus and we're expanding. As well as catering to students, we host large conferences and banquets.

If you have an excellent eye for detail and a passion for high-quality food you could be just the person we need.

We provide catering to students, staff and external customers. Over the summer we host large banquets, summer schools and conferences which means we are busy.

We have a wide range of food on offer which includes fine dining, vegetarian and Italian.

As a Casual Commis Chef, you will be supporting our team of chefs throughout the summer in making quality food.

You will have a passion for cooking high-quality food and a positive attitude.

As you will need an excellent knowledge of food safety principles and be comfortable working in high-pressure environments, previous kitchen experience is a must.

You will work with a great team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and always going the extra mile.

The rate of pay for this role is £10.08 per hour including holiday pay.

You will be working on a range of shifts. These may include evening, early morning and weekend working.

Full training will be provided.
