Good food is as essential as proper exercise and sound sleep.  Only a healthy mind and body can perform well in studies and also excel personally in life. Nowadays, all basic food items such as milk and vegetables have become organic, in addition to that, children these days are addicted to junk food items. They would always prefer to have a soft drink, fried chips, pizzas etc than salads, sprouts, juices etc. It is necessary to explain them why it is necessary to have good food habits and also explain them the consequences,

A school is a place where the foundation of a student's life is laid. So isn't it the place where they should learn Good Food Habits as well? It is essential for a child to know the importance of the food they eat and the way they eat it.
