A way to happiness: why are some people so happy?

from web site

So why are some people so happy? The road to happiness - respect, inner peace, feeling good about yourself and trust - respect yourself and make you feel comfortable or comfortable. Moreover, when something goes wrong, do not do it. Choose to spend time with people who enjoy being there. When someone does a bad thing, talk to them about it and, if necessary, tell them what you feel is good. If you do not want to keep on doing things that should not hurt you, stop spending time with that person instead of trying to change them.

Sounds very simple so why are it so difficult?

It is hard because there are so many things that keep you from getting rid of bad things and moving on to good things. Use your method. In most cases, our head gets on: We make many guesses and do not trust our emotions or ourselves. Therefore, the result is not what we want because we act in ways that do not actually reflect what we want. It makes us miserable and I do not know how to improve it.

Moreover, others have their heads and their ideas like watching funny videos. They do not say what it really means, and we spend a lot of time with determination and speculation about what they want us to do. It really makes communication difficult. Why are there so many singles and why is the divorce rate so high!

At a basic level, learn how to be happy is to identify and eliminate bad things and identify good things. Every day you have the opportunity to discover new things you like and dislike. Practice by observing your feelings. It takes time, but with all the choices you make to be happy in the moment, it becomes easy and eventually becomes a habit. Then you start looking for what you feel is good, adding value to your life and fighting what is not. You will be attractive to good things!
