More and more women are willing to get a toned body. Earlier women used to stare at the scale, but now they are working to change the weight on the scale. With the combination of healthy eating, strength training, and right cardio, you are going to get a toned body.

  • Healthy Eating: Diet will be almost similar to men. Women take a few calories than men. There is a need to include plenty of fiber-rich diets, which comprises of a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean protein.
