A Step By Step Tutorial to Install Projector Headlight in Chrysler 300C

Today we will show you how to install a bi xenon projector headlights on a 2005 to 2010 Chrysler 300c. You need to ensure you have all the tools before you proceed with the installation: drive ratchet, extension, 10mm, 8mm, 7mm socket, trim pad remover, red and black wire, wire striper and wire crimper. Now let's begin step by step.
1, Towards the bottom of the bumper, you will remove ten 7 millimeter bolts indicated, remove 3 plastic clips found at the front edge of the fender liner;
2, Nowpull the fender liner aside remove the two 10 millimeter bolts, disconnected connector situated behind a fender liner then the bumper light sockets and the fog lights;
3, Remove four plastic clips located at the top of the front bumper
Pull forward on the sides of the front bumper then remove the front bumper and set it aside;
4, At the bottom of the headlights will remove an eight millimeter bolt, remove two more 8 millimeter bolts located at the top of the headlight;
5, Now we can remove the factory headlights and detach the headlight harness;
6, linked headlight harness to the new concealed projector headlights then place it in the stock area;
7, Replace our hardware in reverse order of removal, tighten up 2 8mm bolts. And finally, change the front bumper, replace four plastic clips, tighten 2 10 mm bolts;
8, Reconnect fog light, bumper light and electric harness, change 3 plastic clips, tighten 10 7mm bolts, close the hood and after that you are done.
