A flat stomach, firm bottom and firm thighs are every woman's cherished dream. 2. Massage It Away: Besides these exercises, massaging your body also helps to a great deal in reducing those orange patches. You can take any moisturizing lotion with aloevera or oils like olive, almond etc. and gently but firmly massage your thighs and legs in upward movements, gradually working towards the heart. It is better to do this before going to bed at night. It will also boost your circulation and help to minimize your cellulite.

3. Watch Your Diet: Finally comes the diet part which is also equally important. And the formula here is to concentrate on high fiber and low salt 'n' low fat food. Consume a lot of fruits and juices as these are rich in antioxidants which fight against the wrinkling and sagging of the skin. Take potassium and zinc rich foods like carrot, beets, broccoli, banana, spinach, yoghurt etc. Don't forget to cut back on your tea, coffee and alcohol intake. Instead you can take herbal teas like fennel, rosemary, gotukala etc.
