MBSR In Research

MBSR research is sparse but there is a great deal of development coming from UCLA, HARvard, Stanford and many other Universities. There is  an indication that there could be a reduction of blood pressure with those doing MBSR therapy.  There is also some indication that it can help those with prostate cancer
