Since, as far as I could tell, he did not try to drive this on AANR, I believe it is safe to say that I 'll scratch it off the list of reasons why Bill was let go.
Gossip #7: Bill was attempting to circumvent the chain of command in order to push through his personal agenda, including the new AANR guide he wanted to release
Bill immediately dismissed that accusation. He kept everyone up up to now on every facet of his doings. If the board determined to accept or reject his recommendations, that was up to them to determine.
But what about the new AANR club guide that the board had voted to not pursue - Why pursue it anyhow?
Bill explained that no one, like the board, ever said anything about not releasing a fresh AANR club guide. Thus he had Martha Young and Ashley Beahan (two of the AANR staff) work on lining up advertisers to make sure that AANR would have enough finances in place.
https://nudistclip.com/searches/young-nudist-video/6/ 'd told Martha that his strategy was for the guide to be earnings neutral (as in - funding itself and wouldn't cost AANR any cash to make). He explained that it was part of the platform to get a green light on producing the guide.

He said he had received practically no direction from them. His strategy was to formally propose to take on the guide at the November board meeting by which time he'd have the financial pro forma, the list of advertisers, the program for generation, etc.
In fact, Bill did consider putting the evaluations into the club survey (which must go out a year in advance of the Guide being printed).
He specifically asked VP of the Board, Sharon McLeod, if she thought it would be acceptable to set the rating system in the survey. There would continually be the choice of not using the information if the rating system was turned down by the board.
Sharon did not believe it was a superb notion to get the evaluation questions in the Guide questionnaire.
https://videonudist.com/videos/what-do-you-think-how-many-2099.html acknowledged her view and suggested Martha Young, editor of the guide not to include it in the Guide questionnaire. Bill indicated that he and Martha were clear on that direction and that was the end of it.
Bill concluded with a thought about the need for clear continuing communications. "I possess some of this. I have always believed I was being open about what I was doing maybe I was not being heard or the rate I go at was not comfortable for the board. I should have sent more radar signals to confirm I had been heard and understood and pushed for more avowal of guidance. Lessons learned."
Since he never attempted to surpass his powers (as far as I could tell), I will safely conclude that this, too, in my own opinion, is a non-issue and so I'll scrape it off the list.
Judgments about AANR and Bill
This is quite a big undertaking and getting all the info took a lot of time and energy. However, now that I 've gone through the primary issues (that I am aware of) with members, assistants and / or officials of AANR as well as after talking with Bill directly, I can safely say that I haven't any hint regarding what lead to the terminations of Bill's employment contract.
What
beach party can say is that I have heard some really nasty accusations after the fact about what Bill was doing and some even more horrible ones about him as someone. While people tend to pass judgment before hearing the facts, I find such bully-like behavior to be rather off putting and completely mean!
Now, for full disclosure, I've never met Bill personally, but I 've been in communicating with him for the last few years. Throughout that time, he's never, not once, given me any reason to second guess his morals, integrity or actions. He's been clear-cut and direct - regardless of whether we agreed or not.
