In a aquarium one is really trying to create an environment where fishes could endure. Freshwater fishes need cool water for survival. In the same way, tropical fish requires saltwater for flourishing. From the wild, the fishes live in a continuously changing environment. For instance, in waters the water is constantly moving and the lakes and rivers not become overloaded with fish residue.
