So, you are sitting for an Interview for Manager, however, you aren't quite sure what to expect. What percentage of hiring managers in America's largest corporations have taken at least one hour of interview training within the last four years alone? Less than ten percent. So, what percentage of HR executives actually need and install interview-training initiatives into their companies?

According to Dr. Ron Roth, "Interviewing is the key to job success." Yet, many leaders "still think that it is an interview, and a candidate who can take a telephone question and are able to answer it is better than one who cannot." Poorly-trained interviewers often make interviewing for manager more difficult. As a result, candidates become discouraged, which does not help their careers. These leaders may not know why they are not getting the "look" that they are hoping for from management.

It is amazing how much better leaders who realise that all leaders need help are able to be. Leaders are more likely to make hiring decisions that benefit them. They also hire people who fit with their work culture.

Skills - Finally, when leaders are able to perform interview skills that lead to success, they also become great employees. When employees are able to acquire skills that enhance their performance, and provide insight that other employees do not know, they are able to do better at work, get promoted, and enjoy greater job satisfaction. When you consider these benefits of interview training, it becomes clear that hiring a leader who has taken online training seriously and applied what he learned, is a great investment in your business's future.
