The ants used to bring Java coffee from Indonesia and navigate to Mocha harbor in Yemen, where Java coffee beans mixed with local beans, from Moca. The mixture was then exported north to Europe. In other words, this mixture has existed for centuries now.

With this Bead box, it has taken the role of coffee traders in Yemen. They combined the Java Beans of the Coffee Company, the Mocha Beans from Conduit Coffee Company, and created their own unique mix. Ok, now to tasting. As always, we connect to beans, just before elaboration and, to ensure consistency among all of our revisions, we use our Fieldy Bonavita Drip Brewer to make coffee.
This is a very striking coffee. It is bold, but it still manages to be soft. Maybe the dominant taste is black chocolate. Definitely dark, but not too sweet. Bittersweet. With a touch of dry cocoa.

Parkle to the flavor of underlying chocolate. As we expected a Java mocha, this is a very good coffee. On the basis of previous tastings, I would say that the Java is a little more prominent in this particular curve. (Chocolate comes from Java beans, the taste of fruit comes from mocha beans.)
