I talk to many people that are actively seeking harmony within their work or career. Once we talk about what it way to have more harmony, the absolute most frequent answer is that more stability means time for self-care.

All through warmer weeks, I'll replace my everyday journaling time with a quick walk by the river, when I'll spend some time appreciating nature. These are just a couple examples.
