is a strategy board game designed by Donald X. Vaccarino, published in 2011 by Queen Games with illustrations by Oliver Schlemmer in German, British and international variations (English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German). A Finnish-Swedish version was launched in 2012 by . the kingdom builder demo is a building video game in which each player develops a kingdom by placing settlers' homes in different areas.
Nevertheless, the gold is just awarded at the end of the video game, according to three sets of guidelines that were arbitrarily exposed at the beginning. The rules are simple but each game is most likely to play out in a different way due to the random selection of board sections (picking 4 from eight) and scoring rules (picking 3 from ten), the luck of the draw, and competitors for resources.
Gameplay [modify] The base game has 8 various game board sections composed of 100 surface hexagons each. 5 surface types appropriate for building: canyon, desert, flower field, forest and grass. 4 surface types are not ideal: castle, "location", mountain and water. At the start of the game 4 game board sections are chosen at random and built to form a square game board.
For example, one Kingdom Contractor card may award gold for settlements next to mountains, while another awards gold for settlements set up in a horizontal line. Additionally, each player receives three gold for each Castle area surrounding to one or more of their settlements. Each gamer's turn consists of: Compulsory Action: The active gamer shows his or her previously drawn surface card and places 3 settlement tokens on vacant hexagons of that surface type according to the structure rules.

Collecting area tiles: Whenever a player builds a settlement nearby to an area hexagon, he or she instantly takes a location tile, if one is still offered at that site and he has not already taken one from that particular website. The gamer needs to dispose of that tile if he ever moves his settlements such that none are surrounding to that site.

The game ends at the conclusion of the round in which at least one gamer places his last settlement. Then each gamer totals his gold according to the a number of scoring techniques. The player with the most gold wins. Method [edit] Location tiles and flexibility of movement are the secrets. Needing to play surrounding to existing settlements is a barrier to overcome.
