Thanks for reading my review of the smoothie diet. I'd like to share my results with you. The diet began. With my second child, I had gained a total of 70 pounds during two pregnancies and had tried everything else to lose weight without success.

Everything just seemed hard or I was always hungry and irritable, so I turned to smoothie diet, which is easy to follow. You make the smoothies and replace some meals with them afterward. They taste great and are pretty easy to make.

I found that I was able to follow the diet with no problem, as the shopping lists and recipes are all included. To lose weight, I've used everything I learned from the program. Having lost almost 70 pounds at this point, I am feeling good about my progress.

Delicious and filling, the smoothies were excellent. It never felt right to me. The best thing was the incredible energy that I felt as a young mom.
