If you are searching for a new way to incorporate some healthy protein into your diet without adding too many extra calories, try the Quaker Harvest Crunch. This delicious cereal contains only 220 calories and has more protein than an ounce of steak. It has three grams of fiber, three eggs, two ounces of skim milk and one tablespoon of granola or natural sugar. With just four ounces in a regular-sized bowl, you get a good amount of protein, calcium and other important vitamins.

harvest crunch cookies Unlike the store-bought varieties, the Quaker Harvest Crunch contains no hydrogenated oils or added flavors. It does not have a sweetener. The nutrition facts and ingredients list the same as the original Quaker Harvest Egg, including protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and salt. In fact, there is barely a trace of artificial ingredients or anything else you would consider 'artificial' on the Nutrition Facts Panel. In addition, it includes the nutrients that one needs to keep a healthy balance of minerals, but no extra sugars.

The nutritional value of a product reflects the level of nutrients included in the mix. Since the cereal is a high-grain product, it has an impressive amount of dietary fiber and protein. As always, you should read the nutrition facts panel before purchasing any food, especially one with as many ingredients as this one. The nutrition facts for this product are excellent, especially when compared to other store-bought varieties.

There is a wonderful combination of tastes in the Quaker Harvest Crunch. It has a mild nutty taste and an intense maple flavor that are almost sweet. The cereal has a slight aftertaste, but it fades fairly quickly. I found that there was a slightly bitter taste after eating the crunch, but I did not detect any crunchier bits than there is in the regular version of the Quaker Harvest. In addition, the granola is not too refined that it cuts into the flavor of the cereal.

The texture of the Quaker Harvest Crunch is quite firm, though it does not have a crunchy texture like many other low-grain cereals. The flavor is smooth and rich, and I would compare it to many medium or light cereals. It has a mildly sweet taste, and there is hardly any aftertaste. I found that I didn't need a sweetener to get the calories and grams of sugar and calories right and the nutrition was excellent.

One of my favorite aspects of the Quaker Harvest Crunch is that it contains what is called 'Elles sont le ciel'. What is 'Elles sont le ciel'? This means 'eat grains.' The whole concept of this is that there are many different varieties of grains that can be consumed and that one should include them in their diets.

The main ingredient that makes up the Quaker Harvest is amaranth seed, which is derived from amaranth plants. Amaranth is known for having a very strong flavor, and its flavor is said to be one of the best in the world. Amaranth is also a great source of fiber, which is a vital component of maintaining a healthy digestive system and one that helps the body to absorb important nutrients. I have always felt that Quaker seeds and wheat berries were on the bland side, so taking in amaranth seed every day has been a big plus for me.

In addition to amaranth, Quaker cereal has wheat berries in it, which provide yet another source of fiber and protein. It is important to remember that a good portion of grains has to come from unprocessed ingredients, such as wheat berries, and that these grains should not be processed in any way. When you look around at many of the health food stores, you will find that they only carry a few types of whole grains, which tend to be far too dense for my liking. If you don't mind consuming a bit more fiber than you want, I would highly recommend the Quaker Harvest Crunch, as it provides a healthy snack that everyone should eat.
