PoSH ACT Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment Law

 

Sexual Harassment Law: A woman shall not be subjected to sexual harassment at her employment, according to Section 3 of the PoSH Act. An 'aggrieved woman' in connection to a workplace, according to the PoSH Act, can be a woman of any age, whether employed or not, who asserts to have been subjected to any act of sexual harassment. Sexual Harassment Law at workplace has made mandatory in India.
