The details you find on consumer-facing sites like Zillow, and Homesnap originates from numerous MLS's and each MLS can negotiate its own relationship (syndication arrangements) with these websites and identify what info is provided. Without the MLS principle, we would have an exceptionally fragmented market that would make it tough for purchasers to guarantee they are seeing most/all of what is for sale within their sub-market, and it would be much more challenging for sellers to get leading dollar due to the fact that they would not have access to the whole buyer market.
