This is the case for live video that are limited to subscribers only , and have a a short duration. This is not a problem for me. My internet at home is slow and unreliable. This is due to the fact that I'm using the wifi mobile hotspot at the motel. Every now and then I will deliver water to their offices. Password updates occur every few weeks. I save money since I don't have to purchase my own internet. How much work becomes from the simple fact that you have a cable connection? I prefer to connect to the Internet at the motel and avoid that. This allows me to be more discreet, since I don't have to put my street address in my internet address for anything that I do online.

There's an interesting online seminar from your investing advisor, a visiting lecture from a well-known professor at my school , or an underground streaming party. My slow internet connection means that I cannot stream video streaming. As you will see below, downloading video takes about 3-4 times longer than it is supposed to. My connection is also extremely slow. I'm able to only stream videos with no interruptions due to buffering, and my connection is about 30% slower than I would need. So I found a way to circumvent that speed limitation. I just saved the online video on my computer so I could play it again without having to stream it over and over again.
Here are the latest activities I've done. I use Chrome browser, Firefox or Safari to open the inspect tab. Right click on the page. Open the page to inspect. After that, switch to network and search for the file that plays the video. It is likely to be with the extension m3u8 within the file list. Sometimes, it could be a different extension. However these characters are visible and will be a fragment playlist for your video. The video stream is divided into smaller files that your browser downloads one at a time and plays them in their order. This guarantees you an uninterrupted stream. This is how the MPEG transportation stream works. It's fast and needs more data transfer because it is a file size.
I then click on the playlist, and then copy the URL address (into an electronic clipboard) and then go directly to the website where I want to download online video. After I copy the URL of the playlist I hit the submit key. After a short time I am able to see various download options. This will indicate file size and transfer speed. The size of the file will grow depending on the quality you select. I typically choose lower quality even though it's too slow for my Internet.. The majority of times, this playlist file has several quality options to help those with slower broadband.
I downloaded the file. It's usually mp4 for video format. It takes a while, but the reward of knowledge is always the reason I continue to keep doing it. I'm not able to tune in to live streams, so saving the online video on my PC is a good idea. I use it to stay up to date with the latest information available. It's my way of doing it to stimulate my brain with new ideas and concepts. If I save videos and don't use WiFi, it all comes to life. I would suggest that you do it too. There is no buffering, there are no lags and smooth streaming video.
