After requesting a refund they are claiming they are unable to release a refund. I was signed up for Intense MLS service through my association as a genuine estate agent with ******** ****** *********** *********. Apparently they emailed me, but I never received an email. They easily sent out the e-mail to my business email address, which I no longer had access to. Charging clients for services without their understanding is taking and unethical and I hope other people will avoid using this business. The subscription contract signed by all of our subscribers requires that we receive notification of their intent to terminate 30 days prior to their next quarterly billing.
