Decent Car Insurance Info?

Its been about four weeks because the car crash occur a police cruiser tea boned another band of serial killers in to a band of vehicles one car overall and others with major damage.one of the guests died two were harmed within the crash.we have attempted obtaining a layer however the only thing-they state is that they cant actually be anything accomplished cause there is a death.we named the insurance -but they stated that they might not do something they want it a police document and authorities wont launch the document there due to one death along with the event is Still under investigation.one month handed we called again and so they told us that the owners of the cars that were hit all had not reported and didn't learn how to spit what the insurance money handles. Today my parents are involved they could unable to correct there car rather than get anything more we have no idea what direction to go except keep calling the vehicle parents were planning to meet up with the other drivers to view the things they can perform. But sofar only moment has approved and so they haven't accomplished anything or have gotten something in the insurance.
