Increase in car insurance after passing test? RIP OFF? changing insurance questions.?

Thus at the end of my six months...it was time for a revival...they attempted to push me-up to $140 a month for no cause...still no injuries/tickets...nothing had changed...I'd expected my fee TO DIMINISH...they inform me it's really a STATEWIDE INCREASE....and so I called around... Wound up changing to Allstate who has been getting me $90 a month (better than $140 correct?)....6 weeks pass by"16 am switching shortly and that I would like to obtain or hire my own personal car.
