So what happens

from web site

You don't have to worry about your discreet mini vibrator getting wet. It's waterproof, so you can take it in the shower or bath with you. The only thing that could stop your toy from working is if there are no batteries in it—or if they're dead. But even if that happens, a quick trip to the grocery store will solve all your problems!

So what happens when something gets wet? Let's say it's raining outside and you've got one of our high-torque vibrating dildo in your pocket. That means that now both things are wet: the air outside and then inside your pocket. When something touches another thing that's already wet, two things happen: 1) The water on one side spreads over onto the other side (in this case from inside the pocket), and 2) The friction between these two surfaces causes heat to build up because water doesn't conduct electricity very well (so when touch happens again later on down an arm or neck). In short: Water makes everything hot!
