How To Fix Minecraft Launcher Installer Not Working

from web site

Minecraft gamemodes Servers Server Lists

Although Minecraft can be played on any device, many prefer playing it on a PC. SERVER LISTS allows you to access both Java and Bedrock versions. However, you first have to download the games to your hard drive before you get a chance to play them. If you're having difficulty getting the Minecraft Launcher installer to work, here are some suggestions to resolve the issue.

Sign out and check the date time, location, and the region

If you're having trouble getting the Minecraft Launcher to install, we first recommend rebooting your PC and signing out and then back into the Microsoft Store or the Xbox apps, depending on which one you are using to access the launcher. Now that all versions of Minecraft are available on Game Pass, you can try to install the launcher using this app. To sign out, click on the profile icon at the top of the page and then click Sign In.

Also, ensure that your time zone and date are displayed correctly on your computer. If they're not, click the date and time in the lower-right of your screen and select to adjust date/time. Make sure that Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically are enabled. Under Synchronize your clock, click Sync now. Before you exit the Settings screen, select Region in the left-hand corner of the screen. Make sure that the correct region is selected.

Troubleshoot Windows Store and then update Windows

- Open up Settings - Select Update & Security

Click on the Troubleshoot tab and then select Additional troubleshooters.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Windows Store Apps.

Follow this link to reset your computer.

If you haven't updated your Windows in the past few months, open Settings and go to Update & Security. Under Windows Update, click Check for update.

Reset the store

If the troubleshooting method doesn't work, we recommend resetting your store. Click on your search bar next to the Start button and type in the word wsreset. Click the Run command and the black box will appear. It is best to wait until the black box disappears, and the store reopens.

Then step is to start Settings and click Apps. In the search bar, find the Microsoft Store. Click on it and then choose Advanced Options. Scroll down and select Reset. You will have to sign in again.
