Various Kinds Of House Design

from web site

Apartment

These are the kind that people pay to a certain person named a landlord mainly after every month. They involve houses most of the same size in one big building so various people live inside that building but in different units. So in these sorts of home designs, there is no privacy like living in your compound since the environment the building is situated in is shared by many clients under one manager this may raise issues of insecurity as one may never know their neighbor or what they are included in so that may pose a danger. Renting such a house means one has to cater for the water and other bills together with the monthly rent meaning it's quite expensive to some, especially if it's high-class flats. The fact that many residents in one building may benefit the growth of businesses around that area.

 Detached houses

These types of houses are commonly referred to as single-family homes. The reason they are called detached is that they are built on their compound not attached to another house in which only one family lives inside and it isn't shared or rented to people. This means you won't find such kinds of houses in places where there is a dense population of people hence the name detached. The advantage is that there is more freedom and privacy in such houses as one can renovate or refurbish as they want and there are no distractions and disturbances from other people. That is because you aren't sharing the house with others. Considering or wanting such a house, one may need to have quite a lot of money as construction and maintenance of it is expensive.

 Cooperative houses

These types of houses are the same as flats as they are several housing units in one compound. They are mainly owned by companies so when one considers a co-op house he buys the share of that company rather than buying the actual house. So the amount of shares one buys determines what amount of space one will own in the house. Just like in flats there is less sense of privacy and freedom but there is the spirit of community as it involves several people living in one building

Townhouse

The townhome is like a single-family house mainly because its personally owned by people but the difference is that in a townhouse its not in its compound rather it is connected by a wall to other similar midtown modern housing units. It's therefore a couple of personally owned buildings separated by a unit wall under the same compound meaning the entrance to the house for all the owners it's the same.
