Ingredients -

Coriander powdered - 1 teaspoon

Red chilly powder -- 1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder or hot spice combine - 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom pods - 4
Black cardamom - 1 pod
Cinnamon sticks - � inch pieces-2-3
Cloves : 2-3
Bay leaves - 3
Cumin seeds - .5 teaspoon
Dry red chilly - complete 2 pieces
Natural chilli -1 smashed
Ginger paste -2 tsp
Garlic insert - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Onions two medium sized - chopped
Tomatoes - several medium size puree
Water - 500ml
Cooking medium -- mustard oil or even white oil- hundred ml
Ghee : 1tsp
Coriander results in for garnishing

Method
one Marinate the mutton pieces with the yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, roughly grated papaya, green chilly and all the powdered spices besides the Garam masala for about 50 mins.
