Mojang's Scrolls is Launched in Open Beta Today, $20 Gets you Access to the Game.

Mojang's best known for the indie blockbuster Minecraft but today marks the opening of the public beta of its new game, Scrolls. It's been a long coming, and the title itself was the focus of a courtroom squabble and Notch would've liked to hash out the initial roadblock in a space-filled arena. Although it is not yet "feature complete" it is still possible to test your card-fighting skills in casual and ranked online matches. The card trading forum as well as the in-game store are both available. You can boost your deck with gold earned through wins and "shards" that you can buy with real money. Minecraft multiplayer The builder can be used to modify your deck and there are 25 trial versions to help understand the game's strategies. Access to the open beta is $20, PS13 or 15 euros, but actually you're purchasing the entire game early, as all future updates will be free to beta adopters. Although the purchase page isn’t yet available but it will be available for Mac and PC at some point.
