1.About Air Asia X
Air Asia X (also known as Air Asia X Berhad) is an airline in Malaysia that is budget-friendly and long-haul. It is a sister airline to Air Asia. Air Asia X, a low-cost affiliate carrier airline of Air Asia Group, currently flies within the Asia Pacific region.
Air Asia also operates subsidiaries in Indonesia Air Asia, Indonesia Air Asia as well as Indonesia Air Asia.
Air Asia X was established in 2001. It has hubs in Kuala Lumpur and Penan as well as Johor Bahru, Penan and Kuching. Air Asia X's core fleet consists of 29 A330 300 s. Each aircraft has 12 Premium Flatbeds and 365 seats for Economy. Since the inception of long-haul flights Air Asia X has carried over 15 million passengers. Premium flatbeds are equipped with universal power sockets and adjustable headrests. They also have an inbuilt personal utility, such as a tray tables and drink holders. Premium seating guests can receive premium complimentary products like Pick-A-Seat, Priority Check-In, Priority Boarding and Priority Baggage.
Air Asia X provides a "Quiet Zone", cabin on all long-haul flights within its network. The service enhancement is only available to guests older than 12. The brand new "Quiet Zone" cabin is equipped with gentle lighting and a relaxing environment. It will help ensure that passengers have a more enjoyable experience. At the 2015 Sky tax World Airline Awards, Air Asia X was awarded the title of the World's Best Airline, Best Premium Airline and Best Low-Cost Airline. These awards were presented at the Paris Air show. The 2015 Sky tax International Airline Awards, Air Asia Group was also named the Asia's Top and World's Best Low-Cost Airline for the seventh year in a row. Air Asia X Group employed 2,893 All-stars from 23 countries around the globe in December 15, 2015.

4.Air Asia X Popular Destinations and Hubs
Air Asia X(AAX) is the medium- to long-haul airline subsidiary of Air Asia Aviation Group. It will announce new services that will connect Melbourne (Ultramarine), Perth in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand. All flights will be offered from 1 November 2022.
These important routes form part of the airline's strong growth strategy. In the coming year the airline will be operating 13 routes, which include Sydney, New Delhi, Seoul, Tokyo, and Sapporo.
AAX will start offering services to Melbourne (Tullamarine), Perth (via Sydney) and Auckland (via Sydney). This service will be resumed in November. The frequency of these flights will be increased to daily flights by the quarter of 2023 to meet high demand.
5.Air Asia X Check-in and Boarding Pass
In order to check in for check-in, you'll need the following details:
* Check-in at minimum 7 days before departure and as long as 4 hours prior to departure.
If you are traveling to international destinations the Web/Kiosk passport must be verified at the Self Check-In counter. You cannot use your ticket until you have authenticated proof of validity.
* You must adhere to the provisions of Article 6.6 (Document Advisory) and Article 6.5 ("Travel Documents") of AirAsia X's Terms & Conditions of Carriage.
* You are not a special-needs passenger. This includes passengers traveling with new-borns or expecting mothers.
It is recommended to allow plenty of time to check in at the airport, then go through security and have your bags examined.
6.Air Asia X Policies
Baggage Policy
One bag and one personal item is permitted per passenger. Personal items do not include a dive devices or outer clothes. All carry-on luggage must fit inside the overhead bin, or under the seat.
