How to Find a Jungle in Minecraft
Jungles are a rare event in Minecraft. Like most biomes in Minecraft, Jungles have no set location, but they generally have a higher likelihood of spawning close to Savannas, Mesas, and Desert biomes. Jungles are immediately evident due to the large number of tall trees. These trees will cover almost the entire roof of the Jungle with their leaves.
You can locate the exact coordinates of Jungle biomes using an external tool known as Biome Finder.
Jungle Trees
Jungle trees can be up to 30 blocks high and are usually covered with vines that players can climb. The biggest Jungle trees have a base composed of four blocks that extends upwards, so you can get 120 blocks of wood from a single tree. Jungle trees also make great base for treehouse.
The wood is a light pinkish-red tint when the tree's Jungle Wood is refined and transformed into Jungle Wood Planks. The only special attribute of the Jungle Wood Planks is their color. Like all Planks they can be turned into various items and tools and thus you can create different colors of things like Doors, Boats, or Stairs.
Jungle Types
Jungles biomes come in different variations:
- Regular Jungle
- Jungle Hills
- Jungle Edge
- Bamboo Jungles
While regular Jungle biomes are risky, Jungle Hills are even worse. It is advised to stay on the ground when you are in a Jungle Hill until you can find a way to help your body to stay in the air. In the Edge varieties of the Jungle biome the trees are smaller and farther apart. Bamboo Jungles are mini-biomes within regular Jungles. They have smaller trees and are more likely to spot pandas.
Jungle Ocelots
Only the Jungle biome is home to Ocelots. Although they can be difficult to find due to the denseness of the bushes and trees, Ocelots are definitely worth the effort as they scare away Minecraft Creepers that attempt to sneak up on you.
Slowly approach an Ocelot with a uncooked fish to catch it. Once the mob has spotted you and doesn't leave then stop and remain where you are. https://minecraftservers.pw/ Allow the Ocelots to approach you, and then feed them, gaining their trust.
Jungle Temples
In certain Jungle biomes, you'll discover mysterious structures made of Mossy Cobblestone or Chiseled Stone Bricks. These Jungle Temples are brimming with traps, puzzles and plenty of treasure. You can find items like a Arrows and Bones, as well as rotten Flesh and Saddles.
Jungle Plants
Cocoa plants are a rare species that thrives on the Jungle Biome's edges. The Cocoa plant has three forms that include a small green form one, a medium-sized yellow-orange form and a ready-to-harvest orange-brown variety. The cocoa plant can be used to make food products and alter the color of products. Cocoa Beans can't be placed on Jungle Wood. If you are planning to bring it out of the Jungle to establish your own farm, ensure you bring Jungle Wood.
