It was a late summer night it was late in the evening, and Jack and his buddies had planned the road to the cabin for the weekend. They'd all heard tales of the cabin's mysterious history, and were excited to explore it.
When it was their turn to arrive, the house appeared exactly as they had imagined it. It was a log cabin, with a spacious porch and an enormous stone fireplace. As the sun set, the sky turned deep purple. Jack and his friends stood in awe of the cabin, soaking in its splendor.
They were able to open the door and step into the cabin. The room was filled with the scent of the smoke coming from the fireplace as well as the musty scent of old wood. The walls were covered in artwork and the furniture was made of leather and wood.
Jack and his buddies began to explore the cabin. They headed to the second floor , and found a bedroom with the largest four-poster bed. It also had windows with views at the woodland. The room was filled with books, trinkets and other old items.
In the basement, they found the living area, which was large with the piano and fireplace. They also found a dining room with an old wooden table and chairs.
Inside the kitchen they discovered an old wood-burning stove as well as an old kitchen sink along with various pans and pots. Everything was covered in an incredibly thick layer of dust, however there was something comforting about it.
As they continued to explore the lodge the sun was setting and darkness hung over the sky. Jack and his friends were able to make an open burning fire inside the fireplace and sit in talking.
As they spoke and listened to their conversation, they noticed a strange sound coming from outside the cabin. Jack asked his friends to be quiet and listen. They heard a sound that was coming out of the forest.
Jack and his companions decided to investigate the sound and ventured in the woods. They were able to follow the sound until they came upon an abandoned, old cabin. They were astonished to find that the sound was coming through the interior of the cabin.
Jack and his friends were afraid to enter the cabin, therefore they decided to go back to their own cabin and explore the next morning.
After a few days, the group went back to the abandoned cabin. They walked in and saw an old gentleman sitting on a chair by the fireplace. His attire was formal and wore an elongated white beard.
The old man was friendly and told them he was calling the door to their home the night prior to. It was explained to them that he was in search of someone to help him. He said it was his name, the Mr. Smith and he was seeking his long-lost son. He was searching for him for years and was told that the man might be in the area.
Jack and his friends agreed to help Mr. Smith find his son. They searched for him in the area, and found him in a nearby town.
When Knock at the Cabin movie and his friends came back to their cabin with Mr. Smith's son, they were greeted by a happy reunion. The Mr. Smith thanked Jack and his fellow guests for their help and invited them to return any time.
