Created by James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and partners Richard and Sarah Camarota, the new Italian concept will offer a seasonal menu featuring fresh and vibrant plates. Balla Italian Soul will serve dinner every Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Noodle's New Weekend Lunchtime
Noodle den is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., starting on Saturday, October 8. The highlights of the lunch menu are chef specials such as Mongolian beef, Krispy orange beef, broccoli beef, and kung bao shrimp. Pride Pool Party at Retro Pool Lounge
Sunday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sahara Las Vegas invites the community to a commemorative Pride Pool Party within the rooftop Retro Pool Lounge. The event will have live DJs and go-go dancers on high platforms to entertain guests. Sahara also offers banana hammock, banana liqueur, kumquat syrup, and electrical dust, which are glittering cocktails created by Malibu Coconat Rum. Admission is free. Cheeky and Pete's Crabhouse and Sports Bar
Cheeky and Pete, which will be served until Monday, Oct. 31, will serve Oktoberfest Burger as the month's burger. The burger, which serves an 8-ounce broken burger patty, ham, Swiss cheese, fried pickles, mustard sauce and a slice of beer cheese, will go on sale for $18.

The Sahara Desert will receive a $70 free resort credit when booking rooms during the 70-hour flash sale, from 12 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, October 20. A minimum of 3 nights is required.

Tiki Culture It originated from Don Beach and his original Tiki Bar Don the Beachcomber's "Founder Father," which later opened in 1963 inside the original Sahara Desert. The relief is made with Angostura bitterness, adorned with Captain Morgan Spice Rum, Crown Royal Regal Apple, Orgit Syrup, Pineapple Pure, Lime Juice and Edible Orchid and Pineapple Wheels.
Speed – The Ride was a NASCAR-themed rollercoaster originally located in the Sahara as part of a NASCAR cafe. Speed with Energy Drinks – The Ride Cocktail aims to give guests a lively feel like a rollercoaster once served. This cocktail features handmade vodka, peach puree, lime juice and red bull tropical from Tito.
Sinfinity Cocktail is an amazing contemporary classic inspired by the brand-new Sahara Las Vegas, perfectly balanced. Like resorts and casinos, this cocktail offers modern elegance while hinting at the past and a retro touch. The rebellations feature bubbles and the Sahara Infinity logo on top of Milagro Silver Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse Liquor, Aperol, Lime Juice, and Ms. Betters Bitter's.
