Sheldon Adelson, chairman and chief executive of Las Vegas-based Sands Corporation, said Wednesday the move was revealed as part of the Las Vegas-based company's third-quarter financial results, which will reportedly include adding "dynamic new attractions and features from London" to the Cotay Street property.

Sands Cotai Central currently offers 6,000 hotel rooms with a 106,000-square-foot casino, and Adelson has reportedly declared that the building, scheduled to be completed in late 2019, will see it complemented with "some of London's most recognizable landmarks."

G3Newswire reports Sands Cotai Central will include an expansion that will add 1.7 million square feet of space to current hotels, conferences and exhibitions, food, retail and entertainment offerings. Adelson reportedly explained that this will include 'expanding and reimagining' the location's existing 400,000 square feet of shopping malls while 350 luxury hotel rooms are unveiled through the new St Regis Tower Suite.

"We will also expand Four Seasons Hotel Macau by opening 295 new suites in a separate tower, The Four Seasons Hotel Tower Suites," Adelson said in a statement.

Robert Goldstein, president and chief operating officer of the Las Vegas Sands Company, reportedly said his team enjoys 'playing with it' to make Sands Cotai Central's casinos 'much more iconic' and thematic.

"We are very confident that this renovation will take us to a whole new level of Sands Cotai Central and it is something we are very excited about," Goldstein's statement read. "We spend a lot of time working on it. It's been going on for quite some time and it's time to put it into practice." 슬롯머신
